Wildback is specifically for vocational and emerging creatives and entrepreneurs who either have the Christian faith, have no faith or a different faith.

All our activities and services are specifically designed for our 'Online or In-Person guests' who either have the Christian faith, have no faith or a different faith. Provided that they understand that the activities/services provided will be underpinned by our Christian belief and accept that they will participate in all the activities / services on that basis. They also understand that they are unable to opt-out of any of our activities and services and we are unable to accommodate any alternative religious worship or practices.

Training
At the very centre of Wildback there will be a building dedicated to seeking Father God and His Presence.
There will be counselling rooms within the barn to offer additional support for guests who need help seeing freedom in areas that could be restricting them. Our aim is to help guests fully experience what Father God has for them during their time at Wildback.
The training will help guests discover and strengthen their identity and purpose on this planet.
The training will help the guest fully embrace who they are, which will cause them to develop their creative gifting, allowing them to positively impact the community they are in.
Group Development
During the guests stay, we will hold fire pit nights (weather pending, an indoor alternative activity will be arranged instead).
To create an environment where the guests can open up about struggles and successes in the safe place of the group.
Guests will receive prayer and advice and, if necessary, their mentor will be notified enabling them to provide additional help and support to the guest.
Ministry Time

We will help guests connect to Father God, Jesus and Holy Spirit. When guests have an encounter with Father God, something changes in the very core of their being. This gives them the unstoppable momentum needed to move forward in their creativity or entrepreneurial idea.
To advance the Christian faith, during ministry times we will regularly give the invitation to ask if anyone would like to become a Christian.
We will help guests draw close to Father God by creating a very natural space for intimacy.
Emmanuel - Pastoral Care
SOZO is the Greek word translated 'saved, healed, delivered'. A Sozo season will help a guest find wholeness and enable them in their pursuit of their destiny.
Sozo ministry is an inner healing and deliverance ministry aimed to get to the root of things hindering your personal connection with the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
With a healed connection, you can walk in the destiny to which you have been called.
A Sozo session is a time for the Sozo team to sit down with you and with the help of the Holy Spirit walk you through the process of freedom and wholeness.
Sozo is not a counselling session, but a time of interacting with Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
By helping guests deal with any emotional hindrances which prevent them from becoming totally free to express themselves creatively. The guests will be able to express themselves unhindered emotionally and will have a greater creative impact on their community.
Coaching
Coaching will be in groups, or one on one if needed.
Each guest will be assigned a coach to help them stay focused during their stay at Wildback to ensure guests get the best out of all the activities.
Mentoring
Mentoring will be one on one so that guests can receive prayer and, if necessary, advice.
Each guest will be assigned a mentor for the duration of their stay at Wildback. The mentor will develop a relationship of trust with the guest allowing the mentor to have permission to speak honestly into their life. This will help mould and redirect the guest so they can become truly themselves.
Group Celebration Meals
At the end of the guests stay, we will hold a special evening meal to celebrate what the guests have created and achieved during their stay.
Walks
Guests will be encouraged to take daily walks to process all that they are learning. To allow time for any new skills and ways of thinking to become established.
Creative Collaboration
Creative collaboration is at the very heart of Wildback. We will show our guests the importance of creative collaboration. When two or more people are involved in a creative collaboration they often create something that they would have been unable to create on their own.
Entrepreneurial

Small Isolation pods will be scattered around Wildback to allow guests the time to get totally alone without any distractions. The isolation pods will be surrounded by beautiful landscapes and woodland.
Purpose built meeting areas will allow both individual and collaborative creative expressions and creativity to be developed.
As well as creatives collaborating within a guests own creative genres, we will encourage guests with different creative genres to mix to increase the possibilities of new creative expressions to emerge.
Song Writing, Film & TV Scores

This will help the guest to focus and be inspired in a peaceful place. This will help the guest time to allow new creative ideas to flow.
The process involved in creating the finished or partly finished entrepreneurial idea may also be streamed live online or posted online to benefit other guests in the entrepreneurial community.
Poetry, Short Stories, Novels, Screenplays, Movie Scripts

This will help the guest to focus and be inspired in a peaceful place. This will help the guest time to allow new creative ideas to flow.

Drawing, Fine art, Screen Printing, Textiles, Hand Crafts

Purpose built art studios and workshops will allow both individual and collaborative creative expressions and creativity to be developed.

Live Music - Audio and Visual Recordings

Purpose built music and video studios will allow both individual and collaborative creative expressions and creative to be developed.
This will help the guest to focus and be inspired in a peaceful place. This will help the guest time to allow new creative ideas to flow.

Public Displays of Creativity
In order to encourage creativity, guests will be expected to display or perform their creativity publicly.
These public displays of creativity and live performances may be streamed live online or posted online to benefit other guests in the creative community.
Event Worship
A purpose built training and performance venue will allow guests to encounter God through Christian worship.
Live worship will be performed by either the full-time or part-time paid, or volunteer Christian staff that are part of the Wildback community or the Christian guests staying as guests at Wildback.
The different Christian worship expressions will demonstrate the various forms of creativity available.
The recordings may be streamed live online or posted online to benefit other guests in the creative community.
Farm Activities
Mucking out the animals, cleaning and making up of rooms for other guests, assisting with food preparation, basic low skilled farm maintenance.
One of the biggest issues creatives and entrepreneurs struggle with is success and maintaining success.
By helping creatives and entrepreneurs deal with their egos and being self-sufficient, their gifting will become more sustainable and they will be easier to work within their creative communities.
Farm Shop
The farm shop will sell any excess produce grown on the farm as well as donated products made by creatives while at their stay at the retreat. Money raised will go towards funding the work of Wildback.
