What are soulties? - A soul tie is a spiritual connection between two people. - The connection is a heart connection, which means it is an emotional connection. - Your emotions are part of your soul, your soul is made up of your mind, your will and your emotions. - This is why spiritual heart connections are referred to as soul ties. - The word soul tie is not found in the bible, it is a word we use to shorten the meaning of a spiritual heart connection. - Soul ties can be formed through the physical act of sex between two people. - Soul ties can also be formed through emotional connections between people. - Soul ties can be good and bad. - For anyone who doesn’t think soul ties are biblical, take a look at: - Genesis 2 for the physical act of sex between two people. Genesis 2:24 For this reason a man will leave his father and mother and be United to his wife, and the two will become one flesh. - 1 Samual 17 & 18 for emotional soul ties. 1 Samual 17:57 & 58 57 And as soon as David returned from the striking down of the Philistine, Abner took him, and brought him before Saul with the head of the Philistine in his hand. 58 And Saul said to him, “Whose son are you, young man?” And David answered, “I am the son of your servant Jesse the Bethlehemite.” 1 Samual 18:1 1 As soon as he had finished speaking to Saul, the soul of Jonathan was knit to the soul of David, and Jonathan loved him as his own soul. 2 And Saul took him that day and would not let him return to his father’s house. 3 Then Jonathan made a covenant with David, because he loved him as his own soul.
